Dimopoulos Law Firm Takes Legal Action Against Frontier Airlines After Crash Landing Incident

Las Vegas, NV - October 21, 2024 - Dimopoulos Law Firm has filed a lawsuit against Frontier Airlines on behalf of passengers injured in an October 5th crash landing.
The incident unfolded as Flight 1326 was en route from San Diego, California to Las Vegas, Nevada when, without warning to the passengers, the plane violently crash landed at Harry Reid International Airport.
The impact was so strong that it caused the plane’s tires to explode and its landing gear to collapse resulting in the aircraft catching fire.
The traumatized and injured passengers were stranded inside the sweltering smoke-filled aircraft for nearly an hour before being evacuated. It is estimated that 190 passengers occupied the Airbus 321 NEO at the time of the crash.
Attorney Steve Dimopoulos has issued a statement: “This may be a case of res ipsa loquitur. While the exact cause of the incident is not clear at this time, negligence may be inferred from the events that occurred.”
Dimopoulos law has a history of championing the rights of Nevadans including filing a 2023 class action lawsuit against Formula One on behalf of 35,000 fans.
