Depo-Provera Lawsuit
Dimopoulos Law Firm & Eglet Law Group File Landmark Lawsuit Against Big Pharma
Dimopoulos Law Firm and Eglet Law Group have teamed up to take on pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, and generic pharmaceutical manufacturers Viatris, Greenstone, Prasco, and Pharmacia & Upjohn Co.
Today’s lawsuit was filed on behalf of a woman who alleges to have developed multiple brain tumors directly linked to the use of a birth control shot called Depo-Provera, a popular contraception injection commonly known as the “Depo Shot.”
The lawsuit alleges that Pfizer and others failed to adequately warn patients about known risks associated with Depo-Provera.
According to attorney Steve Dimopoulos, “The Dimopoulos and Eglet law firms are committed to holding pharmaceutical companies accountable for the safety of their products.”
Attorney Robert Eglet added “Women trust pharmaceutical companies to prioritize their health, and if that trust is broken, we are here to help them seek justice.”
Dimopoulos Law Firm is accepting cases from women who received a birth control shot by Pfizer (Depo-Provera or Depo-SubQ Provera 104®), or the generic version of the Depo-shot, and then developed brain and/or spinal tumors or lesions called meningiomas.
If you or a loved one developed symptoms after receiving Depo-Provera or Depo-SubQ Provera injections, submit your claim using the form below and someone will contact you right away.

Symptoms include aphasia (difficulty speaking or communicating), double or blurry vision, seizures, headaches that are worse in the morning, hearing loss, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), memory loss, loss of smell, and weakness in the arms or legs.
Surgical removal is the primary treatment, but can lead to seizure disorders, brain injury, permanent cognitive impairment, depression, and, possibly, death.
