Ethics Disclosures

Our mission is to provide you with the largest recovery possible in the shortest time possible.  Our firm recovers over $100 million annually for our clients.  “Millions recovered weekly” refers to our firm’s aggregate client recoveries, averaged over the trailing 12 months, exceeding $2 million per week.  Past results do not guarantee future outcomes and collectability may be limited by available insurance coverage and defendants’ assets.  You may have to pay the opposing party’s attorney’s fees and costs in the event of a loss (this is a law in many jurisdictions and not a policy of our law firm).

We practice nationally and not every attorney featured on our website or in our advertisements is licensed in every state in which our website and/or ads are accessible.  Here is a current list of our attorneys and the states in which they are licensed: Steve Dimopoulos: NV, MI, FL; Jared Christiansen: NV, UT, AZ, CO; Ethan Berman: NV, AZ, WA; Samantha Martin: NV, TX; Justin Zarcone: NV, CA; Paul Shpirt: NV; Scott Ulm: NV; Taylor Oblad: NV; Johnathan Leavitt: NV; Jennifer Peterson: NV; Sue Cavaco: NV; Kasra Dabiri: NV, CA; William Bernstein: NV; Simone Ganci: NV; Stephen Mufarreh: AZ; Brenden Leader: AZ.

If an individual appearing on our website or in our advertisements is not listed above then they are not an attorney.  For example Mike Tyson, Eric Roberts, Scott Disick, Mario Lopez, and Yanet Garcia are not attorneys.

Certain advertisements contain dramatized reenactments. Courtroom scenes are recreations; judges and certain individuals portrayed are actors. Statements in advertisements regarding settlement value are not a promise or guarantee of any recovery. Advertisements are not intended to state or imply that any single client has obtained (or will obtain) a settlement, verdict, or recovery equal to or greater than any specific dollar figure referenced in the advertisement.  Results vary based on the facts and law of each case, and collectability may be limited by available insurance coverage, defendants’ assets, liens, comparative fault, and other factors.
